The Skycaddie SG4 is a monochrome version of Sky Golf's top of the range Skycaddie SG5 GPS Rangefinder. It features a large LCD screen incorporating Intelligreen Technology. All the usual characteristics are present, allowing the Sky Caddie SG4 to present to the golfer distances to greens and hazards. Angle of approach is also taken care of, so that from any where on the golf course, shot selection is a breeze. Slightly smaller than its bigger brother the Skycaddie SG4 GPS System Device still boasts a rechargeable battery and a water resistant casing. Want to know how far you have hit a particular Shot? Press a button on the Skycaddie SG4 rangerfinder before and after to give the exact distance of that shot. This feature is a great practice tool. If used on the golf course it will help a golfer of any standard to get a perfect yardage for every club in the bag. Approach shots to greens that have been personally mapped will show yardages to the front, middle and back. If the course you play has been professionally mapped, then extra reference points will be shown on the Skycaddie GPS screen. In fact, up to forty references are included for each hole giving the golfer the opportunity to gauge the target areas where they can decide on the type of golf shot to execute.
