The 460cc titanium head features new internal weighting distribution that re-positions the CG for lower spin rates and greater distance.
Eight grams of weight was moved from the crown and face to the sole to achieve the lower CG location. New face geometry ensures high ball speed for maximum distance. Similar in shape to the popular G2 driver, the confidence-inspiring head provides forgiveness and includes a thinner moon-graphic alignment aid.
The lower spin rates allowed the engineers to increase the available lofts (7.5 degrees, 9 degrees, 10.5 degrees, 12 degrees and 13.5 degrees) by 1/2 degrees to ensure golfers are fit to the proper launch angle.
